What should I send to get a demolition quote?
For property owners, general contractors, developers, and estimators requesting pricing
Send the property address, photographs, plans or a marked scope, the structures and site features to remove, known environmental information, utility status, desired schedule, access constraints, and the condition the site must be left in.
Minimum information
A property address and current photographs are enough to start a conversation. Include a contact name and phone number so questions can be resolved quickly.
Information that produces a better proposal
Plans, surveys, environmental reports, geotechnical information, utility records, demolition limits, specifications, bid forms, schedule requirements, and site logistics help reduce allowances and assumptions.
Define turnover
Tell us whether the finished site requires foundation removal, imported fill, compaction or testing, rough grade, topsoil, seed and straw, erosion control, pavement restoration, fencing, or construction access.
