The Meyers approach

Define the handoff before the work starts.

What comes out? What stays? Where do crews, equipment and trucks enter? Which utilities and adjacent areas need attention? Meyers works through material movement, sequence, grades and the final condition the next phase needs.

From project inquiry to official quote

Start with the project.
Define the work before the price.

Some scopes can be reviewed from plans and photographs. Others need a site visit. We start with what you have and identify what needs checking.

  1. Send the project

Start with a location, a short scope description and the timing you have in mind.

  2. Meyers reviews

We review the work, what stays, access, utilities, materials and the condition you need next.

  3. Site visit if needed

If field conditions affect the scope or price, we contact you to coordinate a visit.

  4. Confirm the scope

We define what is included, the assumptions, exclusions and the required finish.

  5. Official quote

Meyers issues a written quote based on the defined scope and available project information.

Planning information helps you make decisions; an official quote follows a defined scope. Field conditions can change the scope, and changes need to be made clear when they differ from the estimate.

Have plans, photos, or an address?

Send what you have.

A project address and a short description are enough to begin. Add plans or photos if available. Tell us what needs removed, prepared or built, your target date, and any known access or utility concerns. Include the questions you have not resolved yet. We'll identify what information is needed next.
