About Meyers Construction, LLC

The work starts
with a clear scope.

Meyers Construction handles demolition, civil work and site preparation for property owners, general contractors and public agencies. The scope starts with the site and ends with what the customer needs next.

Demolition & civil leadership

Jacob Roller

Division Manager, Demolition & Civil

Jacob Roller at a project site with Meyers Construction equipment in the background.

Jacob Roller leads Meyers Construction’s demolition and civil operation. He is responsible for estimating, project planning, customer relationships, operations and the division’s financial performance. Before pricing a scope, he looks at what needs to be removed, what must stay, access for equipment and trucks, utilities, concrete and foundations, and how material will be handled and disposed of.

The finish matters as much as the removal. A clear site, usable access, grading and cleanup need to match what the customer expects to do next. Jacob’s approach is to define those requirements early, document what is included, and make changes visible when field conditions differ from the estimate.

He is building the division around scopes crews can work from, estimates tied to the work, and straightforward communication with customers through project turnover.

The work behind the approach

The ground
matters, too.

Meyers’ Cave Springs project paired residence and slab removal with utility service closure and hay-and-seed treatment. The project record brings those requirements together with photographs of the existing residence and the later site condition.
