Project review
Send what you have.
We’ll identify the next step.
Tell us where the project is, what you need done and the timing you have in mind. Plans and photographs help if available. You do not need a finished scope or every site answer to begin.
Send Project for ReviewFrom project inquiry to official quote
Start with the project.
Define the work before the price.
Some scopes can be reviewed from plans and photographs. Others need a site visit. We start with what you have and identify what needs checking.
Send the project
Send the address or site location, project type and what you want done. Plans, photos, known utility information and access constraints help if available. You do not need every answer to begin.
Meyers reviews
We review removal or construction limits, what remains, access, utilities, concrete and foundations, material handling, hauling, disposal, sequencing and the required final condition.
Site visit if needed
Access, structures, utilities, grades, unknown quantities, material conditions or neighboring properties may need a closer look. Meyers decides whether a visit is useful after review and coordinates a time with you.
Confirm the scope
The scope identifies applicable removal limits, concrete and foundation work, utilities, hauling and disposal, grading, stabilization, cleanup and final site condition, along with assumptions and exclusions.
Official quote
An official Meyers quote sets out the defined work and pricing. A planning discussion, rough order-of-magnitude figure, verbal estimate or website request is not an official quote or a confirmed work schedule.
Planning information helps you make decisions; an official quote follows a defined scope. Field conditions can change the scope, and changes need to be made clear when they differ from the estimate.
