Property Cleanup, Grading & Driveway Repair — Cabot, Arkansas

At ARDOT Tract 36X in Cabot, Meyers Construction was contracted for property cleanup and repair—not building demolition. The original scope addressed debris and remaining site items, grading at the former building footprint and east gravel driveway, and chain-link fence work. A later change order added an asphalt-edge sawcut and gravel hauling and placement.

The subsequent change order covered a straight asphalt-edge sawcut and furnishing, hauling, and placing gravel.

Execution

Execution / Field Approach

The site needed a defined surface and safe, maintainable edges after removal of leftover materials. Meyers addressed the listed cleanup items and grading work, then completed the separately authorized asphalt and gravel tie-in.
